Fuse Shackle Requirement: YOU MUST USE a MAXTRAX Fuse Shackle in the MAXTRAX Recovery System during any vehicle recovery — the Fuse Shackle is designed to be the weakest link and expected point of failure if the system is overloaded.
Positioning with Fuse Shackle: Position the Rope Dampener near the MAXTRAX Fuse Shackle; can be connected to a Rope Loop with a MAXTRAX Fuse Shackle.
Rope Compatibility: Compatible with MAXTRAX Kinetic Rope, MAXTRAX Static Rope, and MAXTRAX Winch Rope.
Fillable Sleeves: Two sleeves that can be filled with weighted material or objects such as sand or water bottles; sleeves are closed by folding over the edge 2 times and securing the clips.
